Payments
In order to confirm your reservation we need your full names, passport numbers, dates of birth and nationalities. Also a payment of 50% of the total amount, per person deposit is required for your booking and confirmation.
Once we receive the deposit we will send you your Contract of Services. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the departure date.

For payment with credit cards through PayPal, please add a 4.2% surcharge to the total amount due to cover the Pay Pal Fees. If you decide for the Bank Transfer, please confirm with your bank to send us the total amount owed to Zenith Travel. Please add our processing fee of US $ 20, but also remember to add the fees that you local bank and any third party bank involved in the transfer may charge you. Intermediate banks are often used between your bank and our bank in Miami.
We do not accept credit cards for charges outside of Ecuador (except via Pay Pal). Unfortunately, in Ecuador we do not have the same system as in the USA or Europe. We can not charge an amount on your credit card only with the number of your credit card. (Signature on File)
Of course we accept credit cards here in Quito, but we need your credit card physically in our offices in order to process. Also you would need to be here to sign the voucher.
Please be aware that in Ecuador there will be a supplement of 10% in all the prices for using credit cards for travel services. (THIS ONLY APPLIES WHEN PAYING IN OUR OFFICES AND NOT IF YOU ARE PAYING VIA PAYPAL!)
